Viktor Pončák
Teacher of Slovak
Viktor has taught History and Slovak Language in various types of schools for more than eight years. He came from Primary and Secondary schools in Košice through The Centre of Continuing Education at Comenius University in Bratislava as well as working for the Slovak Humanitarian Council where he taught Slovak for Foreigners. Viktor developed learning programmes for teachers and educators on human rights education in one of the oldest non-governmental organisations in Slovakia - the Milan Šimečka Foundation, where he worked prior to joinng CIS. He is active in his community where he founded a fan owned football club and is both a player and trainer for the Women’s Team. He works as a Primary and Secondary teacher of Slovak Language and Slovak for Foreigners here in CIS and loves to bring his passion for football into and beyond the classroom.
