Irene Granado González

Irene graduated in Spanish Studies and Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, in 2020 and, a year later, she finished her Master’s degree in education in Secondary School Teaching for Spanish Language and Literature at Universidad de Extremadura, Spain.
That same year she started working on a year’s contract as an English teacher in Colegio Santísima Trinidad, a Private High School in Plasencia, Spain. During 2021, she also worked as an extracurricular teacher of English during the afternoons at Academia Carlos I, Plasencia. She came to Slovakia to complete her student teacher practice at Akademia Eñe, Bratislava, for her second Master’s degree in teaching Spanish as a Second Language, which she is currently completing. Last school year she worked as an English teacher at Triskel English Centre, a Cambridge associated academy in Hervás, Spain. At the same time, she has been working for Akademia Eñe, Bratislava, as an online Spanish as a Second Language teacher.
She has been a travel leader and instructor, working for associates of Triskel English Centre, Hervás, Spain and Shannon Academy, Athlone, Ireland. She has been passionate about teaching since she was a child. She loves travelling and discovering new cultures and meeting different people from all over the world.
