Warick Middleton
Year 6 Class Teacher
Warick who hails from CapeTown in South Africa, studied at the University of Cape Town for his initial teacher training. He then read for his degree in Primary Education at the University of Stellenbosch and achieved a Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs.
Over the past thirty years, Warick has worked across various educational roles and settings worldwide. He has a passion for education and helping children to discover their gifts and celebrating their individuality. A keen sportsman, coach and follower of sport, he enjoys rugby and cricket especially.
In his spare time, he slows the pace to pursue his stamp-collecting obsession. Warick also has a great hankering for travel and history and is fascinated by the folklore of the indigenous people of his country of birth. He now looks forward to starting a new chapter at CIS and he is excited to facilitate meaningful learning and to discover all that Slovakia has to offer.
