Milan Kravárik

Milan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra and has pursued professional certifications, including ACCA studies and the Certified Accountant qualification.

He is a finance professional with more than 15 years of experience in financial management, audit, and corporate finance and currently serves as Group Chief Financial Officer, where he oversees financial management across multiple entities, including Cambridge International School, Funiversity Cambridge Kindergartens, and the Patronka Campus Project.

Before joining Cambridge, Milan held several senior finance roles, including Group CFO at Heneken Group, where he contributed to the development of the group’s financial management and reporting framework across multiple international entities. Earlier in his career, Milan worked for Big Four firms Deloitte and KPMG, where he led audit engagements for major companies across industries including retail, FMCG, construction, and automotive. His work focused on financial statement audits under IFRS, US GAAP, German GAAP, and Slovak accounting standards, as well as advisory projects and group IFRS consolidations.

Outside of his professional career, Milan is passionate about martial arts and sports and holds a black belt in karate.
