Firouzeh Adl
Librarian
Firouzeh gained a degree in teaching English as a Second Language and taught for 12 years. Besides her experience as a teacher, she worked as an Administrative Assistant in international organisations for 10 years, and as a librarian for over 10 years as well.
She enjoys naturally, researching and reading books. She believes that there are many little ways to enlarge your child’s world and your own worldview, and that the love of books is the best of all. In the words of Roald Dahl’s iconic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Firouzeh implores us all, “So please, oh please, we beg, we pray, go throw your TV set away, and in its place you can install a lovely bookshelf on the wall.”
Firouzeh is very much a key part of bringing books, research and lifelong curiosity to the whole community at CIS.
